This place receives a one star only because they have good food. Otherwise, they would not receive any stars. I had been there multiple times. Used to love them. However, their customers are not important to them. Your front end should not be laughing or fighting laughing when you are visibly frustrated with the lack of service being extended to you. We came in when during one of their slower traffic times. Our family had been waiting over 35 minutes, and a booth had been empty for some time. Our family inquired about it. A family of 7 came in with no reservation and was seated immediately with no explanation as to why we were not seated at the table. To add, we were advised a timeframe. When the family of 7 was seated, our wait time was extended another 20 minutes. The General Manager stated that they could not change the time on the iPad which is contradictory to our experience with the front end staff. We escalated to the manager who lacked professionalism. I requested the General Manager. The General Manager probably would have bent over backwards for us, but she needed to know that customer service was not a priority in her establishment. If you do not care how you or your family are treated, then go for it because food is good. Otherwise, customer service does not exist at this particular location. Do not use this place for any special occasions as you will be disappointed. We drove out of our way to visit this location with our out of town guests.
