Talked to Mr. Robert Fahlman after his long delay to call. He clearly told that he completely understood his mistake and apologized. Delivered the C-Pap equipment on Dec. 15th 2015 after around 1 month delay. He initially indicated on his call that the equipment had already been delivered on Dec 14th, 2015. He also asked if he was able to solve the problem in a satisfactory way. His answer was all times “NO”.

He omitted by his own free choice that delaying “Intentionally” the delivery of a C-Pap machine for a sleep apnea client can cause many frequent risks of DEATH without client’s own wish.

He clearly indicated, consciously, by his own free choice that he enables those 3 people still work under his company who caused the 1 month delay for no radical reason; Manager Andy Sealey, Front desk Julie and Brenda B. who initiated and continued intentionally late delivery of the equipment despite all the prior warnings.

Mr. Robert’s inability of managing his company legally and properly creates a big concern on us about the possibility of a death of another client of him since he intentionally and consciously chooses to let the risk continue. Therefore we feel and choose to be responsible to go public about him.

We believe everybody deserves the right to choose their language with what they can realize and see the reality. Mr. Robert has already chosen his language which is a lawsuit for him, for which we are not going to loose any money because our lawyer accepts contingency fee as payment but we probably will collect a lot from him in which we believe he will realize the responsibility to manage his company legally and properly. Even then if he will choose not, we would only advice him to fire himself, and ask him clearly from here, if he can see that he has another option.

We had to work with preferred home care due to our insurance plan.

Brenda B. asked by fax a previous sleep study.

It is faxed immediately with fax sent output report. She claimed days after without any prior courtesy call that she didn’t receive the fax. Asked an email address to facilitate the process, she rudely refused it. When we cleared fax is legally sent to her by the proof of the our fax machine output report, she replied she would check it again and would call us back next day. Within ten days no calls received and we though she has found our fax and already proceeding in our order.

Called them after 12 days and we wanted to speak the owner of the company about their illegal medical mal practice, Jullie refused rudely to supply his contact info and told us, first manager Andy Sealey should call us to solve the problem. No calls received so far from her. Instead Branda B. who neglected our order for a long time left a message telling we need to call her.

The next day Brenda B. called our doctor and told them without receiving a sleep study she can not proceed with the order.

There is a saying “fish smells starting by head”. Since the owner of this company doesn’t care to manage his employees, he lets those amateur people works irresponsibly without any respect and concern to people’s health, now he has 2 choices: To live with a lawsuit for medical mal practice since sleep apnea is very important decease which can cause death if C-pap machine not used and the owner still dares to put his pride over the health of his clients.

The second choice of Mr. Robert Fahlman is to call us personally immediately, apologize, let our sleep study fax be found and deliver our c-pap equipment as urgently as possible let those irresponsible employees mentioned above go and make sure this malpractice won’t happen again for anybody they create and see as victims.

Reliable, people orientated, and just an all around very good business. During this difficult time they could not be any more perfect.

Best in class for medical companies. There are many medical companies around and have been with just about all of then. Overall this company is the best. They have there problems but they are the best over everyone else.
