Having a terrible time getting any help from this Premier Lighting staff on Bell Road. Placed an order for pendant lights, was given a delivery date, then when the ligths failed to come in, have been given excuses 3 subsequent times that there is nothing they can or will do. Been goning on for 2 weeks now Lights still not in, staff has not kept promise to inform us of shipping date or tracking numbers. We are doing all the work here. What good is a retail middleman if they have no leverage with manufacturers or distributors? What value do they add???

A few months ago I went to their glendale showroom and purchased two gorgeous vanity lights. recently I went in to get some matching pendants and found that thier labor day sale was going on, I ended up finding a wonderful selection of quality hand blown glass lights for "pennies on the dollar" low prices. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for any kind of lighting, ESPECIALLY during a sale, you wont find better prices, or a better staff.

Premier Lighting offers quality products. However, their customer satisfaction guarantee is WORTHLESS! I placed a special order for 2 very expensive pendant lights to match the chandelier I had purchased from them earlier in the year. At the time of purchase, the sales person stated that there was a 100% promised guarantee that the new lights would match my existing fixture. Upon receipt of the 2 new lights, I found the glass shades were not even remotely close in color to those on the chandelier. I was subsequently informed that my only recourse was to replace the chandelier glass to match the special order glass. Buyer beware! A special order may result in an expensive mistake that Premier Lighting will refuse to correct. I now am stuck with one chandelier that does not have matching pendant lights as promised. I would definitely NEVER recommend Premier Lighting to any prospective buyer.

I’m in love with this store! It’s a little precious find in south Phoenix. It’s a little hard to get to and when you pull up you’re wondering “where am I exactly” cause it’s in an industrial park, but once you go inside you feel like you’ve found the gold at the end of the rainbow! It is such a clean and pleasant enviorment. There’s a ton of stuff to look at AND (I didn’t know this at the time) but this store (16th St) is 1 or 3 here in Phoenix and it’s the liquidation center so there is so much on sale. But, you don’t feel like your bargain bin shopping like most liquidation centers. The employees were really knowledgeable and nice and there selections are just beautiful!

I went fixture shopping looking for this one style I had seen at a restaurant...they had them but they had so many other things to choose from that I ended up buying something else, that I LOVE!

My advise to those of you looking for fans or fixtures is to stay away from large supplier like Home Depot, Lowes, etc because their selections are pretty standard and frankly over priced. If you have the time to stop by this store then you should. You’ll love the fact that you can buy custom like products at really good prices.

I stopped by their 16th street showroom and was really impressed! Very clean and easy to navigate. I didn't buy anything but I'm sure i will eventually.

I had no idea were to start with replacing my lighting fixtures to go with my remodeling project so when I was at their showroom they told me about their in home consultation with a lighting designer. I’m amazed with the ideas they came up with. There is no way I would have been able to do it alone. Great costumer service!

Really nice place! It’s family owned with great product selection and friendly staff. I’ll defiantly shop there again.

My girlfriend told me that I needed to update my fans in my house. I wasn’t aware the fans go “out of style”, so I stopped by the Glendale showroom and got some really cool contemporary fans. The staff was cool and helpful.

I found everything and more that I needed. I really liked their selections. I even bought bulbs at a great price!

I was really surprised at their selection! I was looking for something particular and when I asked the employee if they carried something like that she took the time to look through some catalogs to help me. I think I got a really good product at a great price!

Really awesome staff! The showroom was really cool. There was a lot of stuff to look at on display. They offer installation and maintenance services, which was really helpful

My wife and I had a hard time choosing our new fixtures cause all we had to choose from where catalogs. But when we went to Premier Lighting they had so much on display to choose from that we picked out our stuff immediately. The staff was cool. Very patient and helpful.

They have the best selection on contemporary lights I’ve seen anywhere in the valley. I saw a posting on Facebook that they we’re offering 10% off if you mentioned their post so I was able to get the lights I was looking for and a discount.

I loved premier lighting so much! The showroom was a WOW!! I got everything i wanted/needed and more and now all my friends are jealous of my beautiful home and backyard!! Everyone should at least go and check it out!

I stopped by Premier Lighting with my wife this past weekend to shop for lighting for our new home. We were both very impressed with the gorgeous showroom in Glendale and with their huge selection of lights. We spent hours there shopping and the workers were helping us the entire time. Overall, our experience was great and we ended up purchasing the perfect lighting for our home.

I stopped by Premier Lighting yesterday to pick up a few things, and ended up staying in the beautiful showroom for over 3 hours! The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out lighting for my home. They have all the latest lighting trends and more. It is definitely a one stop shop!!

Premier Lighting had a great selection and really low prices. I have visited 2 of their 3 showrooms and I have been very happy with the help of the associates in both locations! With the help of Premier Lighting, the I found perfect lighting fixtures for my home! Excellent Service!!!
