I had a problem with my heater/air conditioning unit on a Saturday. After reading some troubleshooting tips online and climbing on top of the roof, it was clear that this was something I needed help with. I tried searching online using Service Magic and Yelp! but neither was very helpful with their reviews and recommendations for a repair person. The yellow pages website was pretty easy to navigate and I found the right category of repair people right away. The reviews for Pyle AC Services were overwhlemingly positive and I called the number. I left a message, but Ron Pyle called me back within the hour. We set up a time in the morning on Monday that worked with my schedule. Ron made time in his schedule to arrive at my house in enough time for him to diagnose the problem and talk with me before I went to work. Unfortunately, the repair was an expensive part that he needed to pick up from a local vendor. He was able to locate the vendor very quickly and made the repair that same day. He called me when he was finished and we arranged a place to put the receipt and make the payment. He called me the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Because I was a new customer, Ron gave me a discount for the service. I would recommend his service to friends and I would call him again if I need it.

I called and requested an estimate to get my air conditioner fixed. Ron showed up right on time, he was very thorough and he gave me a quote that I felt was comparable to the other 2 quotes I had already received.



Because of Ron's professionalism in explaining the problem, I hired him to do the job.

I called Pyle AC at 8:10 AM and my air conditioning unit was operational before noon. Not only was the problem fixed, time was taken to check the system for any other potentual problems. Techmician was very courtious and professional. I will definitely recommend Pyle Air Conditioning to anyone that is seeking a qualified air conditioning service provider. On top of everthing else they are reasonably price.

This company and their technicians are the absolute best I've ever dealt with. With this company you DO NOT have to wait days or weeks. Each time I've called for service, they have come out the 'Same Day'. They do not have to go to the store to purchase parts, they have them with them. They FIX it Right the first TIME.

The technicians are courteous, clean and respectful of your home.

As you can see I think this company is the best in the Valley.

I've used this company twice. The first time they were out within 1 hour and not only fixed our A/C, but did it in a way that it cost us less than $100. That included the service call! The second time we called, they walked us through something over the phone which fixed the problem, taught us how to avoid the problem going forward and didn't even charge us! I won't use anyone else!

Pylr Air Conditioning has repaired and or replaced most of my existing units and has maintained all of my swamp coolers for the last 4 years. His service and quality of work can not be beat by anyone in my opinion. We have had other air conditioning companies work on our units and they have always said they were wore out and needed replaced, compressor bad when only it needed fuses replaced.



When I found Pyle AC that all changed, my units have ran great ever since. His prices are lower than his competitors

and his service, quality of work and honesty are his #1 traits. He will be doingall of my work in the future.

Pyle A/C is the most service oriented, honest and dependable air conditioning company that I have ever used! Ron is timely, his prices are fair, he is very honest and he never has any "come backs". I have used Pyle A/C in my property management business for the last two years and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
