I don't usually do this sort of thing, but when I saw that other review, I had to say something. I had my RV at the park for a couple of months, first for my mom when she was visiting and then my brother til he found his own place, and I have to say that they were great. Sure, they want you to pay your rent and follow a few pretty basic park rules, but isn't that the same anywhere else you go? The managers were cool, and everyone there was friendly. Charlie and Paula are working hard to get a good bunch of people living there that want a safe and peaceful place to call home. If that's not what you're wanting, than you probably will have a problem them guys. Bottom line, they're doing a good job as far as I could tell.

The office mananeger Paula is not office material and the onsite mananeger charlie is not mananeger material they both are into causing problems with tenets if they want you out for no reason or they hear that your trailor has been remolded and very nice inside now that it has been remolded just so that they can get your rv and the owner sells rv's knowing that he has no licenses to sell the rv's he takes from people. I would not tell anyone about this park at all . the mananegers and owner are slumloards and thefts. This rv park is a scam and all about taking peoples belongings for their own personal game and to steal from people to get their rv's so they can sell them without a dealers licens ... They get a -100 from me
