Very disappointed with the unpleasant service we received from Sanderson ford dealership. Thought they would have changed over the years but was wrong. Awesome & Amazing ford explorer car but not impressed with Sanderson Ford Dealership-Thank you so much for the worst car buying experience EVER !!! Our Sales Person Mike Miller was untruthful with us to us and the finance staff Mark Powell and Tom Collins topped it off with bad attitudes. As Tom Collins put it and said, there are other Ford dealerships you could do your buisness with im not the only dealer in your area rather than us i wished you would go somewhere else. Tom i will take your advice and do just that !!!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! This dealership blows. Had my wife's van in there 3 times and they still could not fix a tranny problem. The last time the charged 600+ and said they could not do anything more because parts were no longer available. This is a Mercury Villager/Nissan Quest model so I went to the local Nissan dealership and they order the part and had it fixed the next day. They also reported that Sanderson had left off nuts and bolts when they tried to fix the tranny.



Tried to get a refund from Sanderson or some type of reparation but the owner refused to even hear of my problems.



THEy SUCK!!!!!

The quick service area at the Bell road location is the worst. I came in for a oil change and they broke my cliamate control. The Mgr is a bully. Would not recommend. Don't be fooled into purchasing their warranty total fraud!!
