Valley Collection Service was established in 1980 by Mr. Dale Lind, owner and operator. Mr. Lind's professional collection experience began in 1974 working for both national and local Arizona companies. Becoming dissatisfied with the level of service that these other companies provided to their customers, Mr. Lind opened the doors to Valley Collection Service with zero clients and has built his business to well over 2, 900 clients. Because of Mr. Lind's extensive experience and commitment to high quality professional service, Valley Collection Service has enjoyed enviable success from the beginning. During the first six years of business it was necessary to relocate three times ; each time to larger offices to accommodate the increasing number of clients and their accounts. Valley Collection Service maintains a success rate of 32% collection on court related accounts compared to the national average of only 20%. We maintain close affiliation with the American Collector's Association, Credit Bureaus, and National Credit Reporting Agencies. This arrangement, when coupled with our in-house capability, gives us a performance efficiency comparable to national collection agencies. Valley Collection Service has the trained personnel necessary to accommodate your collection needs and performs all collection activities in a professional manner that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
