Been a loyal customer to Tam for years because I thought he was honest. Took my car in for a rear axle pinion seal leak. Tam said he could repair it and did so for approx $120. Couple weeks later, my rear axle starts making noise and gets worse each day. Take it back to Tam since he just "fixed" it, and he says now I need the whole rear axle rebuilt for $1,000. For that kind of money, wanted to get a 2nd opinion, so took it to the dealership. Dealer verified the rear axle needed rebuilt, and said it appears someone overtightened the rear axle pinion nut and didn't put in a new crush washer. WELL, WELL, WELL Tam!!!! Thanks for the honesty. You messed up my car repairing it, then when I bring it back in with additional problems (right in the area where you were working), you do not say anything about the fact that YOU are the one who caused them. Dealer charged me $1200 for the repair! THANKS TAM! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
