Poor customer service!! Didnt listen to my needs....

I went in to the store to purchase an IPhone and from the get go the customer service rep Shi was horrible. I didn't catch something she said and she turned around and said don't you understand A B C? So I just brushed it off and let it slide. The rep said follow me when we were going to pay and dissapeared in the crowed store. My husband and I assumed she went to the front and we headed that way. Looking around the store from her she was sitting at a table just watching us look for her! Hello what happen to the customer service here? Then when she brought up the amount and the amount was more than I expeted she said You were not listening were you? In a very talking down tone of voice. I finished my transaction and asked another rep for the manager. While I was waiting for the manager the rep was talking to another rep talking crap. What she didn't know was that my mother was standing next to her and heard her talking crap about my husband & I.

I explained to the manager what happen and stated her attitude from the get go was uncalled for and her tone of voice and way of providing customer service left me with a disapointed experience.



I had went in to buy a new iphone and taken my mother to buy a mac but the rep just killed it for my mother a would be first time buyer of an apple producct. I will continue to buy Apple products as I have purchased over 13 apple products already but I will NEVER EVER go back to that store because of one bad apple. I really do hope this employee gets more training because it was a very bad experience.
