We've been to several dentists and orthodontists shopping for the best affordable price. We found Mr. Bergh in the internet. They require patient to fill out information online before coming to the office which I felt very uncomfortable. They sent me a text appointment reminder which I never approved. The moment we walked in, I was already impressed and yet uneasy. They offer free coffee and sign in is automated. It looks new, modern, clean, and organized. They handled us freebies. They made me fill out the forms manually. However, I ended up filling out the same patient information online. I felt we were stuck and couldn't get the quote without doing so. We almost walked out of their office. I love their idea of taking good care of the patients need. However, they is always a price to pay for it. Yes indeed, they gave us a quote of around $800 more than the highest quote we've got so far.

Dr. Bergh and his staff are really nice and have been doing a stellar job so far with my son's treatment.
