I had TERRIBLE service from this business.

For years, I've been sending my video cameras to them for cleaning and servicing. When I sent mine in, I had to call to remind them to take care of it, and then, when I got it back, it had a problem. I sent it back and they kept it over 3 months and said they were having trouble finding the parts-that it needed all working parts replaced. They agreed to let me apply my $200 cleaning fee from the cost of repair and volunteered to do the repair for the cost of the parts. Then I never heard from them again. I finally went and picked up the camera because with just ONE phone call to another service center, I had a quote for the cost of repair and learned that they had all parts for this camera in stock. I couldn't be more disappointed. I make my living with my cameras and had to buy a new, identical one to get me through my busy season while I waited for Electronic Design to call or email me back.
