It was a real disapointment. I went in for a consultation for laser scar removal. The nurse quickly glanced at my scar and said I wasn't a good candidate. I appreciated her honesty, But i also drive for an hour for this consultation with traffic. I had spoke with the receptionist and explained how my scar formed into a small keloid. She simply said yes it can be done. She even claimed to have asked the nurse. So I was very annoyed and angry. I don't recommened this place at all.

I found this place through google, and I must say I am so happy with my selection. Not only have my treatments been extremely effective (I got laser hair removal for my full bikini,underarms, and full legs), but the place is beautiful. It has a zen-like atmosphere and the staff is really professional and polite. I felt very comfortable and would HIGHLY recommend this place. Their prices are awesome too and they have great coupons and package deals. If you need hair removal, this is the place to call. Oh and they offer quick email and online appointments 24/7!
