Excellent staff. I did not have to wait long and the Dr. was very nice and spent time listenning to my concerns.
I recomand this urgent care very professional.

i was at the urgent care for my son he was playing and hurt his ankle. After series of X-rays we were told by the Dr he had fractured his ankle to my surprise they had podiatrist there. he was very knowledgable and very nice. we were taken care of promptly.
I highly recommend this urgent care

Worst place and worst doctors ever .They don't know anything and they make you wait a long time.They chat with each othet instead of taking care if the patients.

There used to be a feel of professionalism in the medical field where a patient felt that the doctors team was educated and informed about all aspects of health. Well, again it seems that there are a bunch of Glendale residents who've decided to venture in yet another business venture and now play with our lives. A doctors office is not a place to get together with your friends and have them "knock out" in your office. I thought nurses where supposed to show professionalism as well. Not look like they just strolled in from a night at the bars and threw on a pair of worn out and dirty scrubs half sagging the pants. Like I said, this place was where I used to bring my daughter for various issues. No more.

I came in to glenoaks without an appointment, but I didn't have to wait even 10 minutes for a doctor to see me. They diagnosed me quickly, gave me a prescription and I was better within a few days. They are very professional and knowledgeable and not to mention extremely helpful. A definite recommend.

The staff at this clinic took turns wearing stethoscopes around their necks. I complained of an ear infection and received a b.s. perscription for caugh medication in return. Ridiculous service, more concerned about circulating their branded magnets than ear, nose & throat. Try not to let their trailor door slam shut on the way out, it will really tick them off. Glenoaks Urgent Care = Bad service with a touch of rude, don't waste your time, gas or co-pay on this establishment.
