I had purchased a brand name mattress from a large store, and 6 months later I was having problems with it. The store told me it was a "comfort issue", and not a defect, and they would do nothing. I called the factory, and they told me to contact the Mattress Warehouse. I went to the Mattress Warehouse and picked out a new mattress and was given full credit for what I had paid to the other store. Mattress Warehouse said they could return the old mattress to the manufacturer for a partial credit. So I got a new mattress which I am very happy with, and the Mattress Warehouse took care of me even though I hadn't purchased from them. I was very impressed.
