[Service Center] Umm...they're okay. I may be biased, as before I got my GTI, I owned a Lexus and would go to Lexus of Glendale across the street (which is AMAZING). This service center is not Lexus by any means, but given the budget constraints and challenges they may be dealing with the staff has always handled me with care.

There are no loaner cars, and even though there is a..."shuttle", I have yet to have ever been able to use it. It's always "out" or otherwise missing or full. So I end up catching the bus to work every time I drop off my car. Do I miss the beautiful Lexus loaner cars--heck yes.

Expect for there to be a large number of people there for service on any day of the week. It will always be busy.

They do wash your car for free depending on what service you're bringing the car in for (mfr scheduled service), and they are the best detailers ever--my car looks brand new when I get it back.

I go out of my way to get my GTi serviced here. The key is Pedro. The level of service he provides will keep me a customer here for years to come.

Good service, easy to talk with sales people who aren't pushy or overbearing at all. Their finance is super easy to deal with too, and never felt pressured at any time in my dealings with them.
