I had a terrible experience at this facility. I took some items of clothing that need to be washed professionally and they told me it would be ready on a certain day. Go there on that day and guess what surprise surprise it's not ready. I probably should've called before going but I just assumed it would be ready since I was told it would be ready on that specific day. Not only was I upset about driving all the way over there and not taking my clothes back with me but the fact that the lady who works there made it seem like I was the one at fault and that I should've called before coming! If you keep treating your customers this way I guarantee you that your source of income will close. Not only is your location not the greatest but your customer service and quality of work isn't so great. You might want to rethink the way you train your staff and the quality of your work before your business closes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! There are tons of other dry cleaning shops that do a great job and aren't as pricey. TWO THUMBS DOWN! The key to a LONG-TERM business is great customer service and quality in work. Keep that in mind next time you want to bash one of your customers on the internet with a fake positive review.
