Rod is great. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any problem. He works for the Homeowner's association for any building plumbing problems. He has fixed quite a few problems due to the old pipes here. He is friendly and cares about the homes he goes into like it were his own. For example a neighbor was having water seeping onto her carpet, no where near any water sources. He came out the same day and discovered it was a refrigerator problem. He explain what was causing it, moved the fridge and suggested a appliance repair company that he has used before. Then, as he was leaving he noticed that the TV stand was in the damp area and moved it to keep the wood from being damaged. I would not have any other plumber in my home.
