So I read all the reviews on this and other sites. I have a defective Craftsman device and wanted to exchange it. at store opening 11 am rather than 10 pm on the web, I shook hand with Yerno Lazarte the GM and told them about my visit. He sent me to the lower floor and said see so so. I did. Only to find out that so and so was off that day and there was no one around till 20 minutes later. I told and showed the device to the associate who did not anything about anything. Said why they are selling defective devices? replied Craftsman is not our brand.
Me, defective product, was cut short by rude and unprofessional posture of the GM. I DO plan to shop at sears for the rest of my life. won't you?
