The first survey they did for me was fine. The second one, they didn't follow my instructions, gave me a lot of detail that I didn't need, and didn't give me the information I said I needed the most. I have spent a year trying to get them to give me reference points in the sidewalk in front of my property, and provide a drawing locating the reference points, but it has never happened.
On a more recent job they once again didn't look at the information that I provided them, and as a result have not yet produced the work I need.
The work they do is very detailed, there just seems to be a disconnect between the front office and the survey crews.

I was not fimilar with Topographic Survey's and TDR helped me in along the steps. They have a great user friendly website: www.tdrengineering.com It explains what is included. The service was affordable, quick, and the front desk was extreamly helpfull. Great company I would recommend to all friends and famliy.
