I brought my cat in to get groomed. She is a Persian long hair so she had gotten a lot of knots. I had taken her there once before and the service seemed okay so this was a return visit. When I got my cat back she was cowering in the corner of the cage not wanting to be touched. Something was definitely wrong. Her fur was tattered and completely uneven. When I felt her it appeared as though all of the knots were still there except for one. My cat was in pain she was crying and couldn't walk normally. She would pull away from me anytime I touched her and she cried. It has been two months now and she is still in pain. Her skin is sensitive I cannot touch her and she still cannot sit normally without readjusting. I had to remove all of her knots myself and I'm assuming the groomer must have had trouble with her and either hurt her on purpose or right after he hurt her stopped grooming.. I would never take her back there ever . It's one thing to have someone do a bad job grooming but you hurt my cat was Unforgivable. This man is old and strange and does not seem to like animals too much. Please save your pets the hurt and don't take your animal to this man.
