This place is fantastic! Food was perfect, service great, atmosphere quaint and cozy. We will definitely return. Our server was also the sushi chef, he was great, so friendly and took great care of us.

Sister rolls are the best my whole family loves to get takeout here.

I've been to several different places. I went to this Sushi place a few years back and have yet to have any sort of urge to return. The service was terrible, it was like our waiter preferred to help the other table because he presumed that they would order more. That table had about 6 people and we had only 3 persons at our table. I can see that table ordered mostly rolls and most of our order consumed Sushi. Our waiter appeared to bend backwards for the other table and rarely came by to see if we wanted anything additional or check if we liked what we had.

There are other sushi places around, even 1 that is about 10 minutes away in Carol Stream - that provides excellent service. Because the service here was terrible for us, I can't even recall if I liked the food. I recommend a sushi place in Carol Stream. I do not recommend this sushi place on Army Trail Rd. that is near kinkos.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have never had any type of sushi before, don't worry. The staff at Moon Sun Sushi will assit you in your decision. There is NO pressure to try something you most likely won't like. I am not a fan of raw fish, so they made sure to point out everything that has no raw fish and to let me know more about the tastes of things. It is a very relaxing atmosphere to be in. I enjoy going there to eat in or to pick up. They know my order almost by heart now, that I go there that often. You should check it out sometime.
