My Husband and I needed steer tires for our KW we stopped at the Petro thinking that they would be reasonable in pricing and service and could get us back on the road quickly. They took about 3 hours to do the job, they were busy and we expected some wait . Not only did we buy two steer tires we also bought centramatic wheel balancers, all installed by their so called "professionals". Needless to say after sixty thousand miles our steer tire on the drivers side started cupping on the inside tread not the inner or outer. We experienced terrible vibrations. We decided to stop at the Petro where we purchsed the tires and centramatics, and spoke with several of the so called " tire specialist" and was given every excuse from our truck having bad shocks to carrying to light of loads. I have never bought a tire that required a standard hauling weight. Needless to say we left totally frustrated and disappointed the the service and treatment we recieved. Later we stopped at a tire service to purchase new Firestone steer tires and were informed by a certified tire specialist that the centramatic on our driver side steer tire was installed improperly for a "bud" tire and both steer tires had had weights installed on them along with the cetramatics,Duh, I am a woman and have more common sense than this. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone buying any type of service at any Petro Stopping Center Lc because they seem to hire unprofessional, redneck trashy looking people who have little if any training in the field in which they work and then won't back up their work or products they sell. I give them a zero rating
