I would not recommend sogno do sposo as they are not reliable. I came here over a month ago to look at favors. A woman told us she would call back one or two days later with prices for several options. A week later we didn't hear back so we called for an update. She said "oh yea- I'll call for prices and let you know". Well it's been a month since that-- never heard back. We took our business elsewhere. Good thing we did too, seeing how they treat business we wouldn't want to be in a position where we placed and order and were left with nothing!!

Do not use this vendor!!! I ordered a cake topper online on March 30th, e-mailed customer service when I did not receive it, and finally had to call because I got no response only to find that they do not carry the item I ordered!!!!! When I asked if anyone was going to let me know that it was not coming the response was 'Uh, I don't know'. Completely unacceptable when dealing with things as important as weddings!!! Why ask for contact information if it is not going to be used!!! A simple phone call and all stress would have been avoided!!!! Bride's - beware!!!
