BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GIVE A CAR TO FOR YOUR REPAIRS AFTER AN ACCIDENT. I gave my car in about 5 weeks ago after an accident on the LIE dented my whole right side front of the car. They kept telling me that my car is in trusting hands and will have it back in 14 DAYS that's right 14 DAYS. I thought they were reliable and trustworthy so I gave them my Nissan and what do you know FIVE WEEKS AND STILL NO CAR IN MY DRIVEWAY. Every time I call their boss, AL, gives me the biggest attitude and does not know how to speak to his customers. ALL HE KNOWS WHAT TO SAY IS "the car will be done by the end of the week you can pick it up then" and its been the same excuse for 2 weeks now. I am very angered by this and today I am just making a surprise visit and seeing what's really going on with my car because I want to take my car to another shop now and I don't know if that's even possible now.

I have never signed up for anything to write a review about anyThing in my life time NOT EVEN AMAZON OR EBAY but I just had to sign up for this to WARN EVERYONE IN NEW YORK. Please DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM ANY TOW TRUCKS COMING TO YOU AFTER AN ACCIDENT SAYING YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS.

Two names I suggest you not give your car to if they say anything about TRIANGLE AUTO BODY is "JOE" one of the towers who takes your car away and THE BOSS "AL" the guy with the worst attitude.

WARNING DO NOT TRUST TRIANGLE AUTO BODY....i am actually going to sign up for every review site and repeating all this.

Triangle Automotive should not be in business. They do not care about customers. They are disgruntle toward customers. Do not take your car to them for any form of repair work. This is my story please ready carefully. If you are involve with an accident and you are still in your right mind, please asked the cops not to call them to if your car needs towing.
My car was towed to Triangle Automotive because the cops called them after I was involved in an accident on July 13, 2013. Since then I have been trying to get my car out of there and they were giving me the run around. When I finally form the adjuster from the insurance company that he had tried on two occasions to see the car and take estimates of damages but could not see the car, because the manager was never available, I finally decided to get my car out of there. Imagine that my car was left there for about ten days, and up to this time the adjuster could not see the car. I needed no more delays with the work to be done on my car. On July 22, 2013, I contacted another auto body that my insurance company recommended. They adjuster said that once he is able to see the car, they would start working on my car right way and get me back on the road soon. So I went to Triangle Automotive repair shop for them to release my car to me. I told them that I have decided not to have them repair my car. The boss is called Al. He got very irritated and started charging me unnecessary fees. When I asked why, he argued that I am taking a $10,000.00 job from him. There were two of his buddies there with him. I refused to pay those fees and said if he will charge me taxes and fees I would like to pay with credit or a debit card. He also refused and asked me to leave. I insisted that I am here to pick up my car that I am not leaving until my car is release to me and I am willing to pay, but you have to drop the fees. While the manager and I were going back and forth about the fees, I started that I am not leaving my car for repair, I am sorry. Right after I saw that again, the other guy whom I was not speaking with got up and pouched me against the wall and the boss and the other guy got up and they started beating me up inside the office, just because I would not leave my car there for repair. I struggled with them and managed to run out. While I was out of their office, one of the guys still followed me outside and started hitting me again and again with an umbrella. I was shouting and saying asking if someone could help me call the cop, but unfortunately not one did. All of their workers saw what was going on and came around but none of them help. I tried to call the cops and the guy kept on trying to take my phone away from me. I finally managed to call the cops. When the cops arrived, and started to ask the surrounding workers about what had happened, they all denied that they knew or saw what had happened. They cops however, examined by body and took my statement. I got some bruises, on my back, my head and arms. The ambulance also came and gave me some check up. The cops asked if I would like to file charges against them and I said yes. So the cops took the guy who was hitting me outside away in handcuffs. I finally got my car out, but I also find out that my car have extra damages that were not on it when it was towed to their auto body shop. This is my experienced with Triangle Auto Body Shop. It is not only me that those guys had assaulted because of the bad work and customer complaints. I am not the first and only person with this kind of experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRIANGLE AUTO BODY SHOP LOCATED AT 57-11 79th Ave, Ridge wood, NY 11385.
Your Experience could be worst them mine. Please stay away from the kind of business that assault its customer.

A hint to a wise is quite sufficient.

This place is absolutely the worst. Be very careful when choosing this auto body shop. They will take very long, do a terrible job, and offer the worst customer service. From my experience I would suggest that if you have your car at this shop, have it towed/taken to another body shop asap. Preferably to one that is authorized by your insurance company. The worst part is that they steal your peace of mind and keep you worried about your car during and after the repairs.
