EXCELLENT service. We were working against a tight schedule, and needed a window replaced in hours. Window Expert Inc. came to the rescue. Rob came out, measured and replaced the window just in the nick of time. Reasonable pricing, great quality, professional service. Owner Bart extended discount when told we found them in the Yellow Pages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took a chance and hired this company from the Yellow Pages to fix a broken window. It was one of the best decisions I made. The worker came in the morning took the broken window, went to get the new one made and by the end of the day my window was in. Not only did they do a good job , but i was also given a discount because i found them in the Yellow Pages...a discount I wasn't aware of. I had my home gutted and have had nightmares with different contractors. The last contractor measured my windows wrong and did a banged up job on installing them. Bart and his partner were able to rectify a horrible situation. They capped and caulked the windows against all odds. They worked from sun up til past sun down. They never complained not once. They always left the lines of communication open and gave us suggestions. We had quite a few estimates and none came close to Barts. The time frame that the others gave on completion was a heck of alot longer than it took these guys to finish. They cleaned up each day after themselves. Lets just say he more thank exceeded my expectations on the price, the job and the professionalism. The kicker however is Bart giving my husband money back. Really not sure why but it was the most pleasant surprise. I think it had to do with him coming down with the flu one day and the weather prevented him from working another day. These were both out of his control and yet he wanted to make up for it. I am using them on another project and will be back on here in a few weeks to let you know how that goes. The experence was great from beginning to end!!!!!

Fast Windows Fix refurbished three facade windows in a land marked, fifth-floor walk-up in New York City. Three new windows were also replaced in the back. I had several estimates done and Fast Windows was competitive in pricing. I liked very much that Mr. Bart , one of the company owners, explained the alternatives that we had as it is difficult to replace 150-year old windows in a small, land marked building. We opted to refurbish the front windows and added noise-proof interior windows as well. We were very satisfied with the work done. They were prompt, neat, and responsive to any questions or comments that we had. Mr. Bart takes pride in his work and does not consider a job finished until his customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this company and would definitely employ their services again.
