Driving the extra mile

Walking into the Apple Store in Bayshore to me is like a seven year old walking into a candy store. You are greeted right away and helped as soon as possible (within minutes). I have bought a MacBook from this store and the workers there were very helpful. When I needed to get a cord replaced, I was helped right away, and it took less than a total of 10 minutes to look up my information, test out the cord and get a brand new one for no charge.

I even live closer to the Mayfair Apple Store, but I choose to drive the extra few miles because the Apple workers at Bayshore go the extra mile for me.
