I recall a very bad experience. A loved one paid for some new tires. The willful negligent technician broke the studs to attach the tire. Rather then the lamb duck manager having the integrity to admit the vandalism. The excuse was he didn't have qualified mechanics. The problem was abuse of the nomadic electrical ranch. We were told to go to another rip off down the street. I have changed myself and never did this. They were wrote up on: Rip Off Report. If they remove that write up. Then another will go up. Let them lie about the vandalism . Calif. Penal Code: 594. It is there job to fix their mistakes. Don't deny it. Don't act like you don't remember. You break it. Fix it. Should you deny what you did. Then the onsite manager assigns a service technician to install you new tires. Then in the process of instillation , the technician breaks a few studs. Now the onsite manager tells you sorry it was bound to break sooner or later. The manager then tells you , he does not have any mechanics that can fix the problem. So he sends you to another , rip off mechanic shop just down the street. How many customers are ok , with being treated like this. The manager and his technician were more interested in leaving early . Why? It was a holiday. This is how we were treated. Did they have a good laugh? Or is it perhaps how they enjoy treating none white customers? I do not care if they remember. I remember. I will not forget.
