This office has been so disappointing and i strongly Suggest you taking a voice recorder or a video recorder. The management is disgustingly rude and lies about everything that is stated. Managers name jime. And his staff is Stephanie. Both extremely need a lesson in manners and professionalism. I have made several attempts to reach higher up because i now fear for my safety after dealing with these individuals only after a few months! Sadly manager jime continues to yell at me inappropriately on the telephone even after being asked to stop. Fellow seekers of some proper, decent, and humane service DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Best of luck to the company that allows such individuals to run its business.
