Provided by YP.comDisorganized and uncaring facility. With so many dentists in the local area do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this place.
The office staff seem to go out of their way to put blockages between you and your appointment.
For example: I'm covered by my wife's plan, I show up for my scheduled appointment (after visiting the clinic 2-3 times previously) and am informed I'm not on the list. I call my provider who assures me that I very much am and to look on page 10 of the list . Front line staff pulls out jumbled pile of loose printouts and looks at page 10 can't find the name. Rather than taking 2 minutes to sift through the remaining sheets on the off-chance that +maybe+ their filing system was ummm less than perfect and the sheets out of order I'm informed that I have to have my provider fax the exact page over and reschedule for next month.
So I'll be going elsewhere.
Glendora Dental! Wake up! Compared to the vast majority of dental facilities within a 2-3 mile radius you have so many more low star reviews. Maybe there are enough random clients that wander through your doors to keep you ticking over but if your ever want to properly grow and build a business that someone else would want to buy into please:
1) Purge your least effective staff - you'll notice many of your bad reviews don't even mention the dental aspects of your practice.... which honestly seems competent..... although I do remember having to wait far too long in the chair with nothing going on even when having one of the first appointments of the day.
2) For goodness sake make your records and scheduling fully digital - that rats nest of papers I saw this morning should be scanned and digitized immediately upon receipt every month. That way you would have been able to retain me as a customer simply by pressing crtl F.
3) Either fix or scrap the sms text appointment confirmation system. It hasn't worked for the past year and no-one wants to be spammed by endless texts.

Provided by YP.comThis place lines you up like your in a factory. The doctor's don't listen to you. They cut you off mid sentence and argue with you. They won't give you home care instructions unless you ask them. WITH insurance I was charged $2000 for a root canal and to clean ONE tooth. ( This price does not include the crown. I went there 3 years previously and paid $800 for a root canal with the crown.) I told them what tooth hurt and they did the root canal on a completely different tooth.
I winced when they put the needle in and the Dr. rudely said "I'M USING THE SMALLEST NEEDLE." After they started drilling I began to feel pain and the Dr. said " HOW CAN YOU FEEL PAIN HERE, WHEN YOU DIDN'T FEEL IT IN ANOTHER SPOT. I was there for 6 hours and the didn't even finish. They told me to come back in 3 days and as I was leaving (crying) The office manager asked me how I was doing and I told her and the "Head" dentist came in and started arguing with me. DON'T EVER GO THERE. I told my story to others and I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them. So, THANK YOU TO GLENDORA DENTAL. I CAME IN WITH ONE SORE TOOTH AND A POCKET FULL OF MONEY AND LEFT WITH THE SAME SORE TOOTH, A PARTIAL ROOT CANAL AND NO MONEY!!!
