Provided by YP.comThere needs to be negative stars because this is an extremely unprofessional law office. I called with questions regarding a problem I had will a bill they sent me and charging me incorrectly. The woman was rude. Even though I NEVER once raised my voice or used inappropriate language, I was hung up on. When I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused and said I needed to let her talk. I told her I was done speaking to her and that I wanted to speak to the office supervisor, she said you have to let me talk. When I told her I didn't want to speak to her, she hung up on me again.
If this is how their staff treat you, can you imagine how the law office will treat it's clients. Stay Away!!!
Not knowing the customer's name, it is impossible to respond to this incident. We can only assume they are not a client, but, the parent of a client who was ordered to pay fees on behalf of a child, who does not believe that the fees are owed. Written billing statements are mailed monthly to those owing fees. A review of these types of alleged behavior has been made by me and it has been implemented that only one member of the office is now authorized to discuss billing. Any problems, not resolved are refered to the billing attorney and a request for written contact is made of th eparty making the request. Fees other than for the client incurring the same are not discussed with anyone else.
