Hello people this was supposed to be the best time to buy a house My wife and I went to buy a house from classic homes what we found out about. one of the agents chuck stallmen he purchased a house in coeymans ny fixed it up. sold it to his wife so he could be the listing agent. what we found out about the house was the house was condemed . he said he put all new applieces in the house they are all used with no warranty, new siding don't believe it I have pictures to prove it. taxes are not even close to the listing amount. and check the square footage of the house it was listed at 1700 square feet. it is really 1200. that is alot ... we wasted alot of money on inspections so I am warning you people to stay away from this person he is a scam artist in it for money only he is trying to unload this house for a major profit. I hope people that deal with this company are very weiry of this person and this company don't fall for it.
