A new company has taken ownership of these and are towing away the residents cars. You cannot have anyone over to visit if you live here.l have lived here almost 4 years and have been 1 day late with my rent twice and three days late once in this time. Each time as a courtesy I have stopped at the office ahead of time to let them know that I would be late. I paid the $50 late fee each time. We had an extremely small check this week due to lack of jobs coming in so I stopped by to let the new company know and was threatened with eviction. I own my house and rent the lot. She tried to tell me it wasn't my house and said she could kick me out two days late. I am SO frustrated with the way these new people treat myself and my neighbors. Look at what they did to the beautiful trees in front!! I am sickened by this place and plan to move my house out of here as soon as possible. I give this place a negative five.
