I can't comment on expertise as he never did work for us, but he was to come on 2 occasions, never showed up, and never bothered to call. Based on other negative comments, I guess it's a good thing he never did work for us.

What a disgrace. How can this man work in this field,not only that how can he start new website under a different name to avoid his bad reviews. Looks as if it didn't work to well. I wish I had taken pics of his horrible work before I had paid anther contractor 1500 dollars to fix his bad work. Do be bullied by this man or CERTIFIED ROOFING

Ray Lare came back over today, and tells my dad if I take the postings down of his work, he will take down the white shingle he put up. I had left him a message on his cell phone awile ago to MAN UP, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN WORK. DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THIS. Today again he tells my dad for me to take down the pictures of his work, and then he will fix this. I left Ray a message I will not be blackmmailed, and I never gave you permission to put this white shingle on my roof, and your suppose to be a Chester Cop, The BBB will be hearing from me.

I hired Ray Lare, his company is Certified Construction around 4 years ago, Ray put on a Rubber Roof, as you can see it has been leaking for 4 years. I made a lot of calls til he finally comes out to address the problem. Now there is a problem with the back corner of this bed room, I complained about. I had the ceiling popcorned after he put the rubber roof on thinking my roof was fixed, as you can see my roof is still leaking. This roof has a 10 year warranty. I had him put a silver coat on after 3 years, the day he put this on it rained, when I came home he had left the open Silver coat bucket on the side of the house with the long handle brush mop he use to apply the silver coat. He told me after it has not been a year I need another Silver Coat on the roof. HE PUT THE SILVER COAT ON WHEN IT RAINED, YES, that was wasted money. I had him put another part of the roof on called the Gusset, he never gave me a receipt for the work done, I did ask neumous times. A shingle blew off the roof in which Ray Lare told me he would take a shingle from the back of the roof, and put that where the shingle blew off and put the white shingle on the back of roof, where no one would see it. Around a year when by he finally came over after numerous calls, and he doesn't even remember what he told me he would do. LOOK AT THE DISGRACEFUL FIX HE DID, HE PUT THE WHITE SHINGLE ON THE ROOF WHERE IT DOES NOT BELONG. Ray would not do this on his own house. But he doesn't care about others, or what he says he is going to do. I been telling him for YEARS, I can't fix up these bedrooms with new wall paper, and rugs, til I know the roof is not leaking....It has been FOUR YEARS!!!! Already, I am very disgusted, and now I have to warn others to hire someone else that is honest stands by their work.
