This place is awful, I was always rushed in and out upon my appointments. They billed me an additional $23 up/above my co-pay, which I was not told of at time of checkout. I made an appointment nearly a year in advance and they cancelled because of $23 balance. I paid the $23 balance (as I had to call to verify my appointment) and was upset with their procedure asking that they should notify of appointment cancellation, especially when made that far in advance. The office staff that answered the phone was extremely rude, responded we have over a 100 customers and "oh really", "we don't care." She transferred me to the office manager upon my request as she declined to give them a message to call me back. The office manager was nicer but still... I get the point Gateway Dermatology, "You Don't Care." I will be going to another dermatologist. I hope to not have an experience like this again, this is the first time I am writing a review like this but I felt I needed to.warn others.

I was a new patient today and was not impressed...Was in and out of the office so fast it made my head spin. except for the long wait in the waiting room..I guess I expected since I was a new patient at a skin Dr office that they would thoroughly look at my skin...it was quick and not so thorough...very disappointed...the bill was 275.00...thank God I have insurance...
