I have been going to Rich Leo for years and have found him to be professional and honest in all he does. He is super busy as people will call and say they have an issue and he always tries to accommodate. He is a good person and very considerate, takes the time to listen and then will tell you if its something you could fix. My son also worked for him after working at dealers and found him to be the same. I would recommend him to anyone.

At first, I thought I had found a decent garage, as I knew someone who worked there. I had a timing belt replaced at the service interval, and Leo's was roughly half of the dealer price. Fast, friendly, reasonable. I brought a second vehicle in for inspection and a rough idling problem. He (Rich) suggested work that I could do myself which I appreciated and it was indeed the problem. Inspection was fair, again suggestions were made as to areas that would need attention soon. No laundry list of repairs. Then I brought my third vehicle in, and that is where it went waaaaay bad. I brought in a 26 year old car in fair condition given it's age, which I keep up on and maintain as it's a decent back up car. The car needed a rack and pinion assembly which I ordered and had delivered to the garage. A week went by, no call so I called and was told it was being worked on. Another week went by, no call so I called and was told that it was being worked on and Rich was anxious to get off of the phone saying that he would call when done. I asked what stage of repair the car was in and was told that the 5 bolts securing the unit were old and rusty and 2 of 5 were loosened. The end of week 3 came, no call so my wife called (she gets things done) and she was told that Rich didn't want to be held responsible for breaking the mounts as the bolts were frozen. I was also informed by my acquaintance that the car had been sitting in the lot for 2 weeks and that none of the mechanics wanted to work on it. We picked up the car, and never went back. I took the car to the dealer and had the work done in 2 days and it's happily motoring along still. Cold A/C and all! That was 2 years ago. I can't imagine why Rich simply would not have been honest and told me the truth about not wanting to work on my car, stringing me along and letting my car sit and take up space in his lot. I was obviously a good paying customer and paid 8 or $900 on my other vehicles within a few months of each other. One should be very cautious with this garage, as you have to wonder what else aren't they honest about. This shows dishonesty, lack of integrity, and little regard for the customer.
