I had my daughter's birthday party at romp n roll last night. Nice place with a ton of people there but the management is terrible and the party hosts are absent minded at best. We had the room from 7:30 to 9pm. Unfortunately, they didn't submit our order to the kitchen and we didn't even get our pizza until 8:55 pm. They forgot about the sunday bar, which they finally brought into the room at 9:15 then proceeded to tell us we had to leave the room. I had to ask for forks. I had to go to the snack bar to get a knife to cut the cake. I had to go back to the snack bar to try to find some plates to serve the cake. We didn't get a chance to go to the fun machine at all. At one point, the manager said "I need to get this room cleaned so I can go to the bar."I'll never return to the romp n roll again.
