I'm very pleased w the band and Carl, clearly as I've hired he & his band for all 3 girls' receptions and for 2 private events. Carl was a top notched professional, band leader, & entertainer. Over roughly 8 years he has remained a constant pleasure to work with. He has gone with the flow of changing dates and venues. If a client had a problem seriously, there's a great chance Carl stood by the contract and didn't give in to "favors." No serious client would have a problem, this I can assure you. I hope Carl never sees such silliness & harsh things written of him. Mrs. HS Zenkov
