On the coldest day of the year my clothes dryer was not working properly. I went to the Yellow Pages and selected B & W first and made the call. The gentleman said he would be out within a certain time and then called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived with a positive attitude and was able to fix the problem immediately (of course the problem was explained to him before he arrived). It did not take him very long to get this dryer up and running. I saved myself a whole lot of aggravation because I was considering getting rid of this dryer. I would recommend this B & W to fix an appliance before investing more money to replace it. I would use B & W for my future appliance repairs because they were able to get the job done efficiently within a reasonable charge. I also appreciated Bob's good sense of humor. You can tell he loves his job and that takes a lot of stress out of my day.

This past weekend the knob on my washing machine broke not the timer just the knob. I called a number of places to find someone to come out or tell me what to do. I then called b & w (and told him in advance what I needed)he did come out, but he charged me double what the other three companies I called would have charged me to come out. He charged me $105.00 to unscrew a knob and put a new one on,

it took approximately 1 minute to

unscrew the broken pc not even a tool was used. The charge with a $25.00 discount was $105.00. His add reads reasonable rates, honest prices,

His prices are double what all the other three companies I called.

He did tell me when he was pulling in my driveway the the price with a $20.00 coupon was going to be $95.00 I asked about my senior disount he said then

$90.00 plus the knob That would be

cheap.
