Provided by YP.comI was in the market for a "used" new car. I had been driving a Honda Pilot so I was calling around to see if a dealer had any 2015 Honda Pilots. I called this dealership and ended up speaking to a Josh Ihmoud evidently the Sales Manager and a salesman named Max Tongate. He showed me the 2015 Honda Pilot and then showed me the 2015 Jeep. I fell in love with the car but fell in love with the dealership. My wife and I were treated like we were stars. Fields and the people I worked with were the stars. My car experience was the best car experience I ever had.

Colleen advised us that our brakes should be replaced before a road trip. Even though this was unscheduled, she found me a loaner. She also takes care of my Mom & Dad when they're in with their C300 and PT Cruiser! Thanks for always being there for us, Colleen! This our 2nd Grand Caravan, and we couldn't be any happier -- highly reccomend Fields and Colleen!

Provided by YP.comThis dealership is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. This past weekend my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was flooded. I called to make an appointment on Monday July 25th to repair the damage and the dealership (Fields Jeep Northfield, IL) said that they were very backed up and could not see me until Thursday July 28th. When I brought my car in at my scheduled appointment time I was told by the service rep that my car "might not even be looked at today." I was confused because I had made an appointment and told her that I just wanted to get an estimate of the damage. I called to check the status of my car 4 and a half hours later and the service rep. told me that my car was JUST starting to be looked at by the technician. I told the service rep that I needed my car and she became very agitated with me and was extremely rude and offered me no alternatives or solutions to the problem. Just a month ago, I had brought my car in for services and experienced the same type of attitude from the service staff and frankly, I am nervous and scared every time I have to talk to anyone from this dealership. The general manager actually told me to take my car somewhere else. If you enjoy the extremely terrible customer service, and a dealership that you can never rely on fields jeep is perfect for you!
