I needed a replacement vehicle. I went to Jennings Volkswagen. My salesperson was Nick Reyes. Nick listened to every word I said and actually found the perfect replacement vehicle for me. Nick was a gentleman to work with, straight-up and very knowledgeable about the product. I’ve never bought a vehicle that fast before. I simply write this to commend Nick on providing excellent service and I will also add that I had a very wonderful experience at the Jennings dealership.

I have been using Chris MCElroy (Mac) for well over a decade for a reason. He has been amazing every time I am there. He is not just very friendly, he is dam good at his job.
He always finds a way to get me into the busy shop right away when there is a warning light.
Mac always makes sure to respond to my calls quickly, even occasionally on his day off.
I have learned through experience that he is fully honest. Mac always makes sure that any charges are minimal and that the job is done right the first time.
Mac has been amazing to work with, as long as I live in the Chicago area and own a Chevy, he will be the only person I take my car to. I have even replaced a vehicle twice over the years and bought them from Jennings because of his wonderful service.
Anyone that goes to him for service will not be disappointed.

Angel, Mario, and Erik guided me throughout the whole process to buying my first car. Everyone is so charming and made me feel welcome. I was super nervous and they made the process very easy.

Overall really great service and experience. It was great to have Mario's guidance as I felt he was honest when answering my questions and allowed me patience in making my final decision. I love my new car and I can tell how experienced all staff members are.
