Love this place! I always find what I'm looking for when I come in here... even when I dont have a clue what I want lol the workers always help me decide on what's best for me... and that takes a lot of patience! I've been coming here for a couple years now and have never left dissatisfied! Yummy flavors and a wide variety of premium flavors and products to choose from! And they're pet friendly, which helps when I'm packing my dog with me!

I was lucky enough to have 970 Vapor Cigs my first and last vaping store! The staff is super friendly, the stores are always clean and organized, the products are great, and the prices are super reasonable! You really have it all-in-one! this is the Best store yet...



I have heard other peoples experiences at other stores and none of them come close to the Amazing experience I had, not only the very first time I went but every single time I am there! I will continue to send new customers their way.

I have been getting all my vape needs from 970 since they had their first tiny store years ago in New Castle. Through those years I have seen them grow to their large store in Glenwood Springs and now their new store in Rifle.



They have FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and always have had. That is obvious with their ability to expand.



They are the most customer service driven business I know of.



They carry the latest in the vape world, and always doing something new and cool. They stand by their warranties and help anyone...taking the time to explain things. I don't understand this previous comments. There are no "stoners" or "jerks" there in my opinion, and like I said I have been going there for years and years.



I say check it out yourself..........their prices are great, their products are great, and their customer service is great!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought it was important to in this case. I went into their Glenwood shop today ( have been in their Rifle one previously and LOVED it) and it was so nice to finally be in a shop where they knew what they were talking about! I have been in shops where they sell me something just to make money, this one was not that way at all. They actually listened to what I wanted and needed and sold me what I needed. Awesome customer service and a great selection of products! I would definitely reccommend these guys to anyone, new or old! Best vape shop in the Valley, by far! Thank you 970 and especially Nick! You are all awesome!

Worst customer service experience OF MY LIFE. Boyfriend tried to buy a coil, came home with one that had a defect which broke our ecig, and then they refused to replace or refund the coil which is all we wanted. Stoner jerk behind the counter didn't check the product, refused to refund an obviously defective product even with a receipt, and was INCREDIBLY rude from the moment we walked in. I will never ever go back inside 970 and will happily tell every person I see what a horrible experience I had. Tip to the owners: value your customers a little.

Was a long time customer until the stoner behind the counter sold me the wrong piece for my vape pen. I bring it back the next day and they won't swap out the piece for the right kind unless show a receipt,which I suppose I should have kept but oh well. There are better vape stores in town, no reason to use this crap.

Very Nice Owners and helpful. I recommend stopping in there if you vape. And even if you don't vape and your just trying to quit smoking cigarettes I recommend stopping in. Thanks 970 vaper cigs!
