Recently bought two cords of wood from this company. Delivered barely over a cord. I complained and they brought out a little more, but I'm still 1/4 cord short, and they refuse to do anything else...actually blaming me for stacking it poorly (I have photos showing how neat, orderly, and measurable the stack is). Owner developed an attitude and now says I have to re-stack before they'll come measure it themselves to determine if it is actually short or not. Really? IT IS! Now watch them try and trash me over this review...

I use Arbor Tree care too, Ipswich MA. He did cut two trees, great job, very clean and most important the best price by far. I recommended to a friend of mine too.

I would highly recommend Arbor Care to anyone looking at having trees removed or trimmed to maintain the health of the tree. John gave us a quote which was much more reasonable than multiple other quotes we received. The safety of his team and the cleanup was impressive..thank you!
