I ordered 10 pieces of plexiglass to be cut. Sometimes shops mess up and a piece is scratched or an edge is jagged and I point it out and it's replaced and it's fine. This was a new shop I tried out because their price was lower. But every piece was scratched AND jagged, and they'd obviously used only drops, which I have no issue with as long as the pieces are usable. I was looking the pieces over which the lady was offended by right off the bat. I set aside the pieces that were way too poor to use, and said I make boxes and since the edges were a bit jagged, I wouldn't be able to take those pieces, or could they be fixed? She then stared at me for about a year and then told me that was the most unprofessional thing she's ever heard (??? I never said I was a professional) and said that I should be ashamed of myself. And she said that maybe she would have the guy run it through the edger, but under the circumstances there was no way. And then she told me to get out. Go. Right this minute.
