My Mom and my first time dinning at Ann's, upon entering it looked clean. We sat and ordered lunch, I did not care for the prices on the menu so I just ordered a couple of side dishes. The food was served quickly.....BUT sitting in my coleslaw was a dirty spoon. They offered me a clean spoon but I would not eat it after that. They did take it off the bill. First and Last time eating here.
