This is our third time here and probably our last for a very long time. It is ridiculous that it takes 18 minutes to get our food. Wow. And the redhead at the checkout is always so curt.

Disappointed. Eaten there before and the food IS good, the employees are cheerful and clean. Was rather annoyed to go through the drive-thru this evening and get all the way home only to have nothing we'd ordered. Their number is not on the receipt so I had to Google it. I called and the lady was nice enough but it was all about "Do you have time to come back up so we can remake your order?" Phrasing seemed odd. Went back up and took back the wrong order, they replaced it and barely a thank you and that was it, a dessert tossed in or coupons for a future visit or something to make up for the mistake and having to make another trip up there would have been nice. Just didn't happen. We won't be going back.

My favorite burger restaurant, whether sit down or fast food! I prefer homemade burgers and this is the closest you can get plus the convenience of it being fast food. It's the only chain in that area that I can order drive thru, have my correct order, and it be steaming hot when I get home. Affordable pricing, and the cookout tray is a great deal. I particularly enjoy the included options of Cajun seasoning (more like Emeril's than the spicy type) and grilled onions. Recommend going for the regular burger than the double. Same amount of meat, but double is two thin crispy patties.
