Worst Dodge Parts center in the country. Visiting from Idaho and needed a part for my Dodge. Parts lady made me feel like I was a burden just being there, and since I don't have the last 8 of my VIN number memorized (Dodge broke down on highway, hitched a ride and didn't bring my vin with me). Well, since I don't have my vin, she cannot help me. No way no how. She is rude, condescending and slow. She didn't Had to rent a car and go to Quinn Motors at West Point. Parts man easily pulled up a diagram and was able to find the part I needed. Even better, the vehicle is under warranty and they arranged the tow, gave me a loaner and made the repair by the next day. When I described my situation and experience at Quinn motors in Gloucester, they all laughed and knew exactly who I was talking about and that she is their best salesman for parts since she runs off so many customers from the Gloucester location.



Several salesmen were polite and friendly and the service lady was also nice. Parts lady must hate life and her job and has no business being in the service industry.



The parts department was dark, dingy and unorganized. The service center looked clean and organized from what I could see. Not many cars on the lot, more used than new.
