I don't usually write reviews and especially not negative but this place is horrible. Attitude and all. I got an oil change and all they did was change the oil and put some air in the tires. I thought maybe that was all you were supposed to get for $38 until my roommate went in there less than a week later. They washed her windshield, vacuumed her vehicle, topped off all fluids and did the expected oil change. They act as if you are inconveniencing them although they aren't busy. I won't go back there again unless it's to get them to finish the job they didn't finish the first time. They are trifling and won't get another penny from me.

11/25/16 They changed my oil and checked air pressure in my tires. I drove across the parking lot , my tire pressure light came on. My left rear tire was flat. They would not come over to help me, told me I probably drove over a nail. Merchant's Tire found 3 over inflated and the flat tire's valve stem was leaking. A quick fix with the proper tool and they re-inflated my tire. Although I only drove across the lot it probably damaged my tire.

this business in NOT closed it is just under new management with regular hours and same listed phone of 804-695-2800. I have been going here for YEARS under both managements. The service and pricing are all the same with the exception that vacuuming is no longer included in the oil change price. All the same people are here, as well.
