Provided by YP.comI pray for the family that chooses to use this funeral home. From the start of the process the owner was disrepectful and uncaring. When you love somebody you want the same rescept shown for them in death as you do in life. A man in this line of business should know that words like "decomposing, smell and health hazard" are inappropriate while speaking with a greiving family. Our service was set up on a Saturday to take place on a Thursday, If there were to be any comlications or chances of "decomposing" prior to this date the family should have been made aware that saturday that the service could not wait. Instead the owner of this establishment called the family on Monday to inform them that not only would the burial need to take place the day before but that "the body" would be transfered on monday night. At the cemetary the day of the burial myself and a few close friends and family members arrived to say our last goodbyes. The funeral home director approached us and again told us all of the reasons (inappropriatley) that the burail could not wait, and that he would say a few prayers and we would lay him to rest, after one prayer was said by the sister in-law the funeral director very brashley said "ok well that's it" and proceeded to walk away. He was told on Saturday that there were items that were importnance to the deceased and the family that we would like to be buried with him, this was stated again very clearly at the begining of the service. The very second we walked away three men immediatley walked over and began to lower the casket into the ground before putting the items into it. When it was brought the funeral home directors attention and asked if the items could still be placed he said "NO". I have never felt such disregard for human life. The man that was buried deserved to be treated the same way he treated everybody while he was still here with us and that was with kind generosity and respect.Again I pray for the family that chooses this home and I hope you have a better experience than I.

Provided by YP.comThis place is suppose to be a business, its suppose to be professional. When you go to a funeral or deal with a funeral home you are already grieving, & this establishment is suppose to help you take care of EVERYTHING. I just lost the biological father of my daughter & I am truly beside myself on how this place is run. The funeral director was a complete incompitant, disrespectful, unsympathetic moran!! If you are a funeral director and own this you should very well know what you are doing! you should no the circumstances of the persons death, & know how long there "decomposing body" will last. You dont plan a service then 2 days before it happens call the loved one & explain why you need to "remove the body" from the funeral home! & then at a burial explain why we are there, & go into great detail what a body looks like after it is hit by a train! I as well as other family members are very upset, this deceased man was treated VERRRRRRRRRY disrespectfully!! If anyone was to pass away, I would truly hope to god you dont have funeral as horrific as this one!
