Every monday Rizzo trucking comes in to pick up the garbage around 5 -5;30 am.They race through here like they own the place and they are very noisey. They pick up the cans with an arm thing and slam down the can down and sometimes falls over. The speed limit through here is 10 mph. They wake me up every time. I am disabled so why should they be out getting garbage that time of morning waking people up.Have some respect for people. Also SLOW DOWN !Its really rediculous and uncalled for,

Provided by YP.comI have rented (had delivered and picked up) 3 dumpsters and am ordering my 4th tomorrow. This company is reliable, quick, honest and very easy to work with. The process is easy, service excellent and they do exactly what they say they are going to do - something I really appreciate. I will continue to use them with all my projects.

Provided by YP.comFind somebody else, they will verbally tell you one thing but not follow up on the action, they will try to overcharge you, so IF you do use them, keep all records!!!!!!!!
I am sorry if you felt that our service was not satisfactory. As far as our prices go, we have extremetly competitive rates in our area and we tend to be cheaper than some of our competitors. Any bill should reflect exactly what you were verbally quoted and if it was not, then we would encourage you to bring it to our attention. There are extra fees for extra items which are not always verbally quoted, however, in the liability contract that a customer signs upon delivery of a dumpster, it lists some of the items that contain extra fees. Most extra fees charged are for items that we are required to recycle. These items need to be handled as stated in the liability contract and if the customer fails to place the item properly as stated in the contract, an extra fee will be applied.
