Michael smrtic was my divorce attorney after a 24 year marriage. I thought he was ok at first but later realized I had horrible representation. He told me I had to move out of my home while I had an exclusive occupancy order and find someplace else to live. Then when I filed complaint with committee of judicial misconduct, his answer was "I may of told her that but I didn't mean right away." Then somehow his answer to the committee got substituted with another answer that said "I would of never told her to move when I worked so hard to get the order.". My ex submitted blank financial affidavit documents void of any income, pensions, annuities or life insurance and he was awarded 100% of everything. I have multiple sclerosis and severe hearing loss and paid this lawyer over $10,000 and lost everything in my life my home, possessions, and all marital assets. I give him a one star and less if I could for honestly and professional conduct. I'm living in poverty now and my ex is buying condos and taking cruises.
